İade Politikası
Fermina Mobilya’dan satın aldığınız ürünleri, teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade edebilirsiniz. İade işleminin yapılabilmesi için ürünün kullanılmamış, tekrar satılabilir durumda, orijinal ambalajı ve faturasıyla birlikte gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.
İade talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra, ürün bize ulaştığı andan itibaren genellikle 3–7 iş günü içinde iade işleminiz tamamlanır ve ödemeniz, bankanızın işlem süreçlerine bağlı olarak kredi kartınıza veya hesabınıza geri yansır. Banka ve aracı kurum süreçleri nedeniyle bu süre değişiklik gösterebilir.
Ürün size hasarlı, eksik ya da yanlış gönderilmiş ise lütfen en kısa sürede bizimle iletişime geçin. İnceleme sonucunda hatanın bize ait olması durumunda, iade veya değişim sürecinde oluşan tüm kargo masrafları Fermina Mobilya tarafından karşılanır.
Kargo ve Teslimat
Fermina Mobilya olarak Türkiye’nin birçok bölgesine kargo ve lojistik firmaları aracılığıyla teslimat yapmaktayız. Teslimat süresi, stok durumu ve teslimat yapılacak şehre göre değişmekle birlikte, genellikle ürünleriniz 3–15 iş günü içinde teslim edilir.
Siparişiniz oluşturulduğunda, seçtiğiniz teslimat yöntemine ve adresinize göre tahmini teslimat süresi hesaplanır ve sipariş sürecinde görüntülenir. Büyük hacimli mobilya ürünlerinde teslimatlar, anlaşmalı lojistik firmaları ve/veya profesyonel taşıma ekipleri ile gerçekleştirilebilir.
Bazı ürün gruplarında, ağırlık, hacim veya teslimat bölgesine göre farklı kargo ücretleri uygulanabilir. Kampanya dönemlerinde veya özel şartlarda ücretsiz kargo imkânı sunulabilir; bu bilgiler sipariş esnasında sepet veya ödeme adımlarında açıkça belirtilir.
